My 30 years experience in deploying technologies and leading others to do so across multiple technologies including has lead to both a breadth and depth of knowledge that is world class. In 2018 I was proud to lead the review and revitalisation of Spark NZ’s corporate Values, as well as an active member of Sparks Diversity & Inclusion program.
I have a proven ability to lead and motivate, and especially strong in leading teams. I like to focus on building collaboration within organisations with a view that inclusion delivers the greatest results.
I am experienced and confident at communicating at all levels within companies including executive Manager Level, customer service representatives, engineers, marketers and customers.
I have even been recognised at CEO level and at an industry body level for my knowledge and contribution in the cellular world. I have also been recognised at CEO level for my contribution to culture and inclusion programs.
My innate ability to translate technology into business needs, to “join the dots”, and a natural aptitude to understanding new technologies means that I am well positioned to lead many aspects of any organisation.
I am not specifically looking for a role at the moment but am always open to discussing opportunities with advanced organisations. My skills lead me towards leadership roles involving business change or the deployment of new technologies with a specific focus on the business, people and customer impacts of change.
